Delete Your Saints Haven Account
You can permanently delete your Saints Haven account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This action is irreversible.
Delete via the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Saints Haven mobile app:
- Open the Saints Haven app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Delete Without Access to the App
If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email:

Subject: Delete My Account
Important: You must send the request from the email address linked to your Saints Haven account so we can verify ownership.
You may optionally include a reason for leaving, but this is not required.
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile information (display name, email, avatar)
- Prayer intentions and candle offerings
- Reflections and journal entries
- Chat history with the saint assistant
- Community wall posts and interactions
- Favorite saints, quiz results, and milestone progress
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Processing Time
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email-based deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions
In limited cases, some data may be retained after account deletion when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill those obligations and is not used for any other purpose.
