By downloading, installing, or using Saints Haven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Saints Haven is a devotional companion app that allows users to explore the lives of Catholic saints, send prayer intentions, light virtual candles, take quizzes, and engage with faith-based content. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial devotional use.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. User Conduct

When using Saints Haven, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the intentions, reflections, and other content you create within the app. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the service. We will not share your personal content publicly.

6. In-App Purchases

Saints Haven may offer optional in-app purchases such as premium candle tiers or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant store.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• It will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Saints Haven are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Saint biographies and historical content are presented for educational and devotional purposes.

9. Disclaimer

Saints Haven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The devotional content is provided for spiritual enrichment and should not be considered a substitute for pastoral guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saints Haven and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
